We absolutely loved this hotel. Staff at check in were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a great variety and was great quality(gluten free options). We will definitely stay here again when traveling.
Upon arrival CSR at desk was polite,rooms were clean, the shower was clean and much bigger than many I've been at, they have a pool and fitness room. Breakfast served between 6-9am. In the lobby they carry beverages and microwaveable food and snacks. Easy to find just right out the interstate.
Great place to stay! We were traveling with our infant and had plenty of space. The location felt safe as well. The staff were all so friendly, especially the sweet lady putting out the breakfast this morning. The space was clean and neat. We would definitely stay here again!
We stop here about four times a year. The rooms are always clean, breakfast is actually good and staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendants are the absolute best and make you feel welcomed and highly attended to. This past time we reserved two rooms connecting and it was a great break after a long drive from Chicago. The rooms can get a little steamy after a bunch of showers but otherwise great space and well maintained. The lobby is always extremely clean as well. Gym is surprisingly large and has good space for multiple people to exercise comfortably. The pool is outdoors and seemed well kept. We will continue to stay here through the years.
